HEALING THERAPIES
I offer a variety of services, as I work with different modalities to align life force, and keep the mind, body, and spirit in balance. I utilize integrative and holistic approaches to provide you with multi layer healing. Emphasis is placed on identifying and addressing stressors, exploring past experiences and family dynamics, learning tools to implement positive life patterns, and cultivating an understanding of body awareness.
COUNSELING
THERAPY FOR THE MIND, BODY, AND SOUL
Counseling sessions are multifaceted. There will be exploration and healing of the past, creating an understanding of the symptoms present, and the building of a better future. Tools will be cultivated for body awareness, emotional release, understanding of the correlation between the mental, emotional, & energy body, and listening to your soul & spirit guidance. For insurance, I accept Cigna and United Health care. These session are online.

REIKI
ENERGY HEALING
Reiki treatment is a gentle hands on energy healing modality. It leaves the body and mind feeling clear of stress and lower vibrational energy. Reiki is life force energy that works to realign with higher vibration to increase vitality. Throughout a reiki session my clients have reported experiencing emotional and physical releases that leave them feeling lighter and balanced. I travel to your home and provide you with an hour reiki session and intuitive guidance for increasing your vibrational state.

YOGA INTEGRATIVE THERAPY
EXPLORING THE BODY
Yoga integrative therapy uses light yoga posture and breath to create life long relationship with the body. We will identify where emotions, tension, and stuck energy are held. From there we will learn postures to improve your physical and emotional health. This therapy provides tools for releasing dense energy by improving the flow of energy through the body. You will also be provided with a personalized yoga sequence for practicing on your own time. These sessions are done online, or I can travel to you for an increased rate.

This membership is for women lookin to enhance their relationship with other sisters, and open up to their Divine Feminine Rose Gifts. This container was created to hold an evolutionary Sisterhood group. We are aligning with these evolutionary times, as the energies are supporting women opening up their rose and evolving on a whole new level. Hand in Hand we will create a spiritual community container for Sisterhood and the Divine Feminine to awaken, flourish, heal, and support one another's blossoming.

WOMB CONSULTATION
EXPLORING THE WOMB SPACE
Join me as we dive into the mysteries of the womb space, the portal of creation. Many women deal with menstrual irregularities, difficulty becoming pregnant, and a general disconnection from their womb space. Through these sessions I will introduce ways of awakening women to their full potential and optimal health within their wombs. I provide 2 practices at the end of each session to continue to evolution of relationship with this space.
