I'm bringing a group of influential women together to change the game in leadership by stepping forward into their vision with 0 doubts and a whole lot of support. Because you can't keep ignoring the higher calling that keeps you awake at night.

It's time to cut cords with the old and Awaken the New Embodied and Thriving You! The you that isn't making excuses in her head for why you can't change, why not now, and why not the life you've dreamed of. At that point we're often just being asked: How bad do you want it? How much effort will you put towards this new you?

Embodied & Thriving will awaken the spark within you that knows what you're here for. We will make this spark has louder than the voices around you or within you telling you that it isn't. Imagine jumping out of bed and into your new energy body and vision!
Your body will be full of vitality and your mindset focused on your personal goals.
Think of it as a personal trainer, but for your life, relationships, goals, dreams, & career- because we need all in alignment to achieve this BOLD VISIONS.

-2 zoom calls a month with a group of powerful women and a telegram chat that will be active daily
-Receive embodiment material, motivational material, self care tips, & relational tools
- A bi-weekly worksheet to your e-mail with journal prompts and guidance that you send back to me so I can assess progress and recommend future direction ​
01 Month
Your Energy Body
Your energy body is holding the key to where you're stuck and where we can harness your breakthrough. We're filled with programing around why not from our childhood on, but I'm here to show you the WHY and HOW! HOW we will activate your 7 chakras to creating your vision and identify whats in the way. It could be relationships, mentality, jobs, family- so please come ready for change.
02 Month
Your Movement
What is your heart wanting to emit and create to the world around you? How do you want others to feel when they receive you. How can you embody your movement more fully? I will provide a morning practice, affirmations, group support, and individual work to mold your movement thats ready to become your reality.
03 Month
The Embodiment
When you're living your truth, mission, and purpose- you're literally unstoppable. You're are emitting your highest frequency of radiance, passion, and joy to life around you. Live your dream daily and make it the new reality. I invite you into new pathways of living that will bring your goals to life faster.
04 Month
Elemental Leadership
When we work with leadership we're working with a balanced approach, masculine and feminine, Emperor and Empress. I have developed a leadership approach governed by the elements. Yes, our leadership will sometimes feel fueled by fire or flowing like water and it's meant to! Because life is & leadership is an energy game.
05 Month
Your Vision
This is where we dive into your vision and get clear on what you're bringing to life. It can be life goals, self care goals, or even a new career. You will create the vision and share it with me and I will provide you with direction to bring it to the physical realm. We will work with the envisioning, detailed planning, and forward action steps.
06 Month
Your Divine Reality
This is it- you've stepped into it: Your Divine Reality. Daily you're treating yourself well. Daily you're prioritizing your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. Daily you're thriving in your relationship with yourself and others. Daily you're working with the Divine to keep creating your Divine Reality.
