Service Description

Receive a 60 minute water therapy session at a local heated indoor pool in Lakewood called the Celestial Seahorse. WATSU is a deeply relaxed and restorative practice for the body that helps to open and stretch the body in warm water. This practice is helpful for anyone looking to relax their nervous system, release tension, find holding spots within the body, and enjoys expressing their body in water.
