Welcome
This workshop is for women who have experienced sexual abuse that is impacting their relationships, bodies, and mental health. When your No isn't heard this is interpreted as your voice, your say, and your body aren't listened to or respected. This can have a lasting impact on your energy body unless it's worked through properly. Such as:
-Issues with self esteem, anxiety, anger, and depression
-Difficulty speaking up around emotional matters
-Intimacy issues
-Not trusting yourself and blaming yourself
-Not trusting others
-Picking partners who aren't safe

The healing process begins when we rewrite the narrative and allow your voice and body to be heard and respected by you first and foremost. As a Mental Health Therapist & Mayan Abdominal Massage Therapist I will be introducing tools and practices that awaken the fire in you that was put out. The truth in you that was silenced. The pleasure in life that should be enjoying and living.
This is a 4 part workshop:

Part 1: The Integration Process
It's important that we integrate the somatic symptoms and feelings associated with sexual abuse. I will be covering practices for doing so and providing open space to begin to safely associate with the symptoms that need to be released related to your experience with sexual abuse.

Common symptoms are: nausea, disconnection from belly and libido, disordered eating.

Part 2: The Power of NO
No is one of the most powerful words in your vocabulary. We are about to reclaim it and reclaim it in a BIG way. Even if your no wasn't heard this will be an opportunity and space for it to be heard and respected so you can confidently continue expressing your voice.

Part 3: It's OK To Feel Good!
Part of your birth rite as a woman is to enjoy pleasurable living. Through the practices of breast and womb massage I will be introducing you to connecting with these power spots on your body and providing them with safe touch and appreciation.

Part 4: Final Integration
I will be answering any questions. This will be an option to get personal and I will recommend continued practices and resources for healing the trauma that lingers after sexual abuse.
The Benefits of Healing from Sexual Abuse
The Benefits include, but aren't limited to:
-Experiencing pleasure again without contracting your body
-Inviting safety into your body as a welcomed sensation
-Knowing your voice and NO have value and meaning
-Holding people accountable for their actions instead of making excuses or blaming yourself
-Finding your libido and joy for life again
I'm able to provide 1-on- 1 counseling services to further the integration process for those who are interested.

I hope you will join me for this beautiful, transformational workshop
