Service Description

A two day workshop that goes into detail about the practice of meditation, the benefits of meditation on mental health, and beginners practices for building the foundation of a life-long practice. Are you ready to quiet your mind and find peaceful presence within? This simple, but effective, practice is scientifically proven to improve mental health and emotional resiliency. Each participant will receive an e-mail with the zoom link after sign up as well as meditation/prayer beads in the mail before the course. Day 1 -Introduction to Meditation -The Stages of Consciousness in Meditation -Meditations benefits on Mental Health -Addressing the Mental Spirals and Putting an End to Them -Beginner meditation practice and Breath Work  **Week in-between: Invitation for continued meditation practice and keeping track of the aspects of life that send you for mental spirals **  Day 2 -Check in on Practice & Mental Spirals -Introduction of Next Meditation Practice -The Power of Peace & The Power of Now -Dropping into Deeper States of Consciousness- How long does it take you? -Our Perspective is our Key to Freedom -Final Meditation Practice   Friday 10/17 & 10/24 3-5pm MDT
